1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of our online store, where we offer clothing and accessories. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

All products sold in our online store are described as accurately as possible, including information about materials, sizes, and specifications. However, there may be slight variations in the product colors due to your monitor or device. These variations are not grounds for returns.

3. Price and Payment

The prices of products are indicated in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Payment can be made through the available methods in the online store, including credit cards and other options such as PayPal. The product reservation will be confirmed once payment is validated.

4. Shipping Policy

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the product purchased. Detailed information about shipping times and costs will be provided during the checkout process. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight ranges, as follows:

• Up to 500 grams
• From 500 to 2000 grams
• From 2000 to 5000 grams

For shipments over 5000 grams, transportation will be calculated through a specific quote.

As a reference, an average t-shirt weighs approximately 150 grams, while an average coat weighs around 400 grams.

5. Right of Return

In accordance with European Union law, the right to return a product can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt, except for the exceptions provided by law. However, due to the nature of personalized products, items made according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in production.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Return

• Personalized products (such as items with specific names, colors, or sizes requested by the customer) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors in the order.
• Products on sale or with a reduced price may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. Quality Guarantee

All products are manufactured and inspected according to applicable quality standards. If a product has manufacturing defects or does not match what was ordered, the customer has the right to request a replacement or refund, as agreed with the store.

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided by the customer during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the European Union regulations on data protection (GDPR).

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately after publication.
